A life coach is a person who helps you discover your full potential. Life coaches help you figure out what is
standing in your way and blocking you from creating the life you want. A life coach focuses on the present, and helps you examine
your curernt thoughts in order to create the future that you want. Life coaching is not therapy, and a life coach is not the same
things as a psychologist or psychiatrist. A simplified way of explaining the difference is that a psychologist or psychiatrist helps
you take your life from broken to workable. A life coach helps you take your life from workable to amazing.
How can a life coach help me?
A life coach is helpful because life coaches are trained to show you your mind. Think of how many thoughts your mind processes
each day. Some of those thoughts are helpful, but many of your thoughts are unproductive, and do not get you any closer to the life you
want for yourself. Thoughts like, "Why did divorce happen to me?" or "Why did he choose to cheat?" are painful thoughts that keep
us stuck in unhappiness. Life coaching teaches you how to change your questions and your thoughts so you can get unstuck and create
the life you want. A life coach helps you examine your thoughts and feelings, so you can take actions and get the results that you want.
A life coach's job is to show you what is possible, and to teach you how to get it.
Do you offer sales, discounts, or payment plans for your coaching programs?
No. I do not offer sales or discounts because I believe it is important for every person who joins my program to
know that they paid the same price as everyone else. This does not mean my price will never increase. It simply means that at the
time you join, you can feel confident knowing that everyone else who joins at the same time as you paid the same price you did.
I do not offer payment plans because once you commit to one of my coaching programs (either group or one on one), you have full access
to my program. Thus, I require payment upfront and in full before starting our coaching journey.
Where did you receive your life coach training?
I am currently receiving training through the coach certification program at The Life Coach School.
What type of doctor are you and how does that factor into your coaching practice?
I am an internal medicine physician. Although I am a physician, in my life coaching practice, I am not acting as a physician.
In my life coaching practice, I am solely acting as a life coach. Thus, I do not diagnose or treat medical conditions.
I do not discuss medical problems or medications. I do not give medical advice in any way as part of my life coaching practice.
